Time: 9:00am-5:00pm.
         8:30am early drop-off and 5:30pm late pick-up are available at additional cost.

Cost: $75+tax per day, includes art supplies.

Ideal For:
Children and teens looking for a creative, structured, and engaging place to spend school breaks and non-instructional days.

Our School Break Art Camp welcomes students with different levels of art experience. Activities and project expectations are adjusted based on the age group, program theme, and individual needs of participating students.

 

What They Experience:
This program gives students dedicated time to explore art, creativity, and hands-on making outside the regular school schedule.

Depending on the day or seasonal program, students may explore drawing, painting, mixed media, design, sculpture, digital art, visual storytelling, and other creative projects.

Each camp combines guided instruction with time for students to develop their own ideas and enjoy the creative process.

  • Drawing and visual art fundamentals

  • Creative thinking and idea development

  • Colour, composition, and design

  • Hands-on making and experimentation

  • Problem-solving through art

  • Visual storytelling and self-expression

  • Confidence in sharing ideas and finished work

Example Activities:
Activities vary by camp, age group, and program theme and may include:

  • Drawing and painting

  • Mixed media projects

  • Character and illustration work

  • Sculpture and 3D projects

  • 3D design, model making, and introductory 3D printing

  • Design-based creative challenges

  • Seasonal art projects

  • Digital and technology-supported art

  • Individual and group creative projects

Specific projects may change from one camp to another.

Goal:
To provide children and teens with a welcoming and creative environment during school breaks while giving them meaningful opportunities to explore art, develop new skills, and express their own ideas.

The program is designed to be flexible, enjoyable, and creatively enriching for students of different ages and experience levels.

CURRICULUM

Kids celebrate school breaks by doing art! Students are inspired to discover their creative process and develop fine art skills using graphite, watercolors, acrylic on canvas, mixed media and sculpture. Art workshops are the perfect blend of fun, fine art instruction in an enriching studio environment.

WHAT TO BRING:

All regular art materials will be provided.

FAQS

CAN MY CHILD PARTICIPATE IN MULTIPLE WORKSHOPS?

Yes. All new projects are introduced in each workshop!

SHOULD MY CHILD BRING ART SUPPLIES?

All art supplies are provided except for a sketchbook. Children may bring a sketchbook (9”x12” spiral preferred) or one may be purchased upon registration for $15.

WHAT TIME CAN MY CHILD ARRIVE IN THE MORNING?

Our Studio opens at 8:30am with each session beginning promptly at 9:00am. Students need to be picked up promptly at 5:00pm. Early 8:30AM drop-off and late 5:00PM pick-up are available at an additional cost.

EMERGENCY FORM & SIGN IN/OUT

If parents registered through our website, they have already completed the Emergency Contact Form during registration. If parents registered over the phone, they must complete a form when dropping off on the first day of class. Students must be signed both in and out daily. Permission must be given in writing before the start of the session for someone other than the parent or guardian to sign a child in/out.
